This Privacy Policy describes how Remote View Trainer ("the App") handles your information. The App is published by JWill Creations ("we", "us", "our").

Summary

Remote View Trainer collects no personal data. Everything you create in the App — drawings, session history, scores — is stored only on your device. We have no servers that hold your information, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.

What information the App handles

Stored locally on your device only

• Session history: target codes, your drawings, self-assigned scores, timestamps. Stored in your device's local storage and never transmitted off your device.
• Pre-generated image cache: AI-generated target images downloaded from our content delivery network and stored locally for offline use. Capped at 50 MB and pruned automatically.
• App preferences: settings, onboarding completion state, and a count of how many free practice sessions you've used in the current month. Stored in iOS UserDefaults on your device.

Handled by Apple, not by us

• Purchases and subscriptions: when you buy Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, or Founders Lifetime, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit and the App Store. We never see your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple gives us a verification receipt that proves you have an active entitlement.
• App crash reports (if any): if iOS reports a crash to App Store Connect, Apple may share anonymized diagnostic data with us. You control this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Handled by our content delivery network

The App downloads pre-rendered AI target images from a Cloudflare R2 public bucket. Cloudflare's edge network may log the IP address that requested an image as part of normal HTTP server operation. We do not associate these logs with any user identity, and we do not retain or analyze them. Cloudflare's privacy practices apply to those server logs and are described at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

What we do NOT do

• We do not have user accounts.
• We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.
• We do not show ads.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
• We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track you.

Children's privacy

The App is rated 4+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that resulted in information being shared with us, please contact us and we will take prompt action — though, since we collect nothing, the practical effect is the same either way.

Your choices

Because everything is stored locally on your device:

• To delete your session history, use the in-app history controls.
• To delete everything the App has stored, delete the App from your device.
• To manage subscriptions, go to Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

California, EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions

Because we do not collect personal information about you, most provisions of the CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws do not apply. You retain all rights granted by those laws regardless. If you believe we are processing personal information about you and you wish to exercise a right of access, deletion, or portability, contact us at the address below and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version at https://remoteviewtrainer.app/privacy. Material changes will be noted in the next App Store release notes for the App.
